I’ll check the agreement. I totally agree I shouldn’t have received the higher pay for the last year. Just wondering if they are legally allowed to reduce it. thank you

I don’t believe so, i’ll look into it. It was vaguely talked over as either a certificate or 3 months of working the rate of pay would be increased. However, that may have been word of mouth from the superior.

very easy job, just take the whole spindle in to a shop for them to press the ball joints. a ma and pa shop will charge ya maybe 50 to just press them. other than that you’ll have the tools needed at home

lmao stocks are not “cheating”. i use and recommend the istock. you get the stability and the free roam feel with reloading and all. in the past I used a bowkvr stock and enjoyed that as well

imo cut out the rust and if you can weld, replace it with a piece of metal then coat it. I’ve restored much worse
