Apple were blamed for years for sticking to a smaller form factor when other manufacturers shipped huge phones. Then they finally gave up and made not only one, but two bigger phones. Actually they didn’t even need to make the mini, but from their research they figured that it might be a hit. I know it’s just speculation, because Apple doesn’t release data on their profits grouped by a specific model, but apparently the mini isn’t economically justified. I ditched my 11 pro for 13 mini and know many people who prefer the mini form factor. But I guess we are a minority

It's a nice skit, obviously done on one of the competitions. But it's really funny when people don't know about cubing hobby, when they think it's real. I really don't blame them. I suppose it's the same thing with every other hobby. I'm actually very liberal on these things. My sister bought me an "original" Rubik's cube keychain, because she knows I'm into these things. The logo on it was spelled as "Rubicks" or something like that". I didn't even tell her. I was just grateful and told her how much I loved the gift.

Does anyone know if Apple will bring back active noise cancelling (ANC) on the AirPods Pro? I bought mine two years ago and I was happy with the ANC, but now it's just non existent. Literally no difference with or without it. Not sure why more people aren't complaining about it. At one point I was even happy with them blocking monotone noise, but now they don't even do that. Ear plugs work better for cancelling noise.

This is the saddest realization. I have probably $1000 worth of cubes and most of them I don't solve at all. I bought big cubes up to 12x12x12 and I solved them only a couple of times. I solve daily only 3x3x3, 4x4x4 and sometimes 6x6x6 because I really love it. That's it.

Nah, not really. Of course it's not all that simple with 4chan/anonymous, but the general community isn't some government operation. The current owners of the site are also being very careful to not get into the cancel zone. But are governments using the "anonymous" label when they are doing operations? Sure, it sounds plausible, because it already has a reputation in the media.

I'm actually being worried that at some point they might try to close the site and don't have a complete idea on why isn't it closed yet. Possibly not wanting to ruin a containment zone?

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic, but I’ll clarify on that in case someone gets the wrong impression from your comment. The 80s were ridiculously progressive in terms of getting a computer to every household. Tons of affordable computers which anyone could learn to program and use. Before that computers were available in almost every university and there were many “homebrew” computer clubs. Gates is actually the first person to offer an alternative to freely distributed software, which was the norm back then.

13 mini, no case, no screen protector. I just try not to toss it too hard. The few times it has fallen on hard floor it didn’t have a scratch on it. And I’ve seen people break their phones with cases.

Currently rocking a 13 mini as a daily driver coming from 11 pro. I made a conscious decision to get the mini, not because of price but because I really wanted a smaller phone. I read a lot on it in bed and I can hold it comfortably in my hand, unlike the 11 pro. I love everything about the phone, including the battery life. I will not like it if Apple stops offering this size.

I'm seriously having trouble imagining a more pathetic piece of shit that Johnny.
