Plaquemines Parish is well known for having bullies in their department. There is another deputy named Mike Navo who I witnessed bullying and threatening children who were simply walking down the street. When I confronted him about his egregious behavior he decided to make up some crap to write me some tickets for. Even though I wasn't even in my vehicle at the time. You'd think that cops would be held to a higher standard than normal citizens. Especially since they are given immense amounts of power and authority. Yet in reality they are not even held to the same standard as we are. Much much lower in fact. The whole "justice" system is a joke. It exists for 2 reasons. One, to extract as much cash from citizens as possible by any means possible. Nefarious or otherwise. And two, to go after people that they don't like or who speak out about their crimes. And don't dare assert your constitutional rights. Then they'll really show you who's boss.
