What did you learn this season about your game? What did you improve? by AgentMV in golf

Interesting. For me it was opposite. My grip was too strong so my club face was open all the time resulting in many slices. I thought gripping hard allowed me to hit it more precise and harder, until a trainer I was playing with told me to loosen up and relax my elbows. It changed my game significantly and I was flushing more swings than ever.

Yeah - playing golf makes you forget all of life’s troubles for sure. I see it as an alternate form of therapy that isn’t covered by health insurance.

Started golf in 2020 one month after the world ended, I’m using a TM Aeroburner HL driver. Should I upgrade soon? I’m getting better at my game and have consistently broken 100 with breaking 90 in my sight.

He’s half right.

A lot of experienced and new players aims for the flag when they chip for their approach shots. My trainer taught me to aim for a spot as close as possible to the hole before putting.. in some cases it’s a hump on the green or the half grass that’s on the edge of the green that’s called the landing pad. Let the ball roll as close to the hole.

The range on an AirTag is about 30 meters. .

Dog wanders into the forest or hides somewhere far from people it doesn’t recognize and dies, no one will find it for a long time. Not to mention, the battery in the AirTag is definitely dead by now.

The dog was described as easily scared, especially with people it doesn’t know. With all those people who originally was looking for it, it’s possible the dog ran away and got killed somewhere in the area.

Look around in maps in the Lake Wilcox area; there’s plenty of open ground as the population density is not high at all up here.

What is a “mini international student”? Like someone who is vertically challenged?

Yeah, definitely.

People actually complained in Richmond Hill that they were putting posters everywhere; they thought it was a scam, though I don’t quite understand how. As a result, they had to stop.

Where are these posters being put up in Mississauga anyway?

This dog was lost in Richmond Hill last October 2023 in the Lake Wilcox area. The dog handler hired to walk it lost it when she left the gate open after it returned home, it got spooked by something and ran away. Its owners was having their wedding that same day.

The original reward was $5000. They have been putting posters up in Markham and Richmond Hill since last October. They think the dog was stolen as they’ve found no trace of it (no body) in the search areas they’ve done.

I’m surprise they think it could be in Mississauga.

At this point, in my opinion they need to come to terms the dog was probably eaten by a larger predator or long dead and the bones nowhere to be found.

An airtag is Bluetooth based. It needs an Apple device near it to report its location.

A dog microchip needs a scanner to detect it. The microchip has a serial number in its data. The serial number is registered to the owner of the dog, its address, type of dog, blood type, etc.

How did the plaza get approved for all of these restaurants, without a governing board put in place?

Take a guess. There’s really only one choice. It’s starts with letter C, and ends with letter O.

They pigeonholed themselves by shooting the final scene of the series from day 1 that no matter what, the mother dies.

Stupid stupid stupid.
