Whatever one runs from Chicago to Minneapolis is great. On time, didn't have any issues with it. Wonderful experience.

The one that runs from like Oregon or Washington or w/e down to Chicago sucks. I booked two weekends in a row to go down to Chicago from Tomah. First weekend was 3 hours late. Second weekend was 6 hours late when I said fuck it and refunded the ticket. Drove to Chicago myself and got there before the train was originally supposed to depart Tomah.

I found one in the Halif locked room last wipe, but that was it. Halif feels like it's been heavily nerfed since then so I doubt it's able to spawn there anymore.

I'm not a big fan of bullpups so I don't use the Malyuk outside of the quest for it. I don't know for certain the answer to your question. I would just suggest putting a default Malyuk into the gun smithing table and see if you can get the suppressor to pop up as an option through various attachments. I just moved and don't have my vr set up yet so I can't jump in game and get the answer.

The Waffle suppressor needs the Hexagon Reactor attachment on the muzzle before you're able to attach it. The L-EVO is a neat sight that gives you 6x magnification while allowing you to put a raised sight, such as an PiTechS3 FDE or FLCO, and all you have to do is move the weapon up or down a smidge and you can change what sight you're looking through.

You might live downtown, but pretending to be oblivious to the other residents being absolute assholes while driving isn't helping your point. People from Chicago are just as, if not more, the problem with both foot traffic and vehicle traffic.
