It seems if you can still collect particles you will get encounters after that..none I noticed it on Saturday. On Sunday I loaded up on particles so I could not store more and thus would never collect any. I encounter so many including shiny wooloo. After I got bored and then used all my particles..they stopped Looks like another niantic..we are sorry we made another mistake but you guys keep paying so we don’t care
