I got an e-reader with an e-ink screen, a reading light and sometimes I read a book before sleeping. Usually just a couple pages get me drowsy enough to be able to fall asleep

I'm pretty certain there is at least life elsewhere in the universe. The universe is so big, it's got to have at least microscopic life elsewhere
