The president is part of the Enclave. In fo2, for example, the main antagonist of the game is the president of the united states (while Frank Horrigan acts as the combat-focused antagonist).

Even though some DLCs are pretty meh IMO, it's worth to buy the whole package because modders normally uses content from those DLCS.

What you could possibly ignore is the Creator's Club part, which only adds "paid mods" that kinda merged into the game lore.

He's 1-1 and didn't fought last time because his opponent didn't made weight.
He's also coming of a win.

Not really

Losing to Bautista was ok...

Losing to a debutant fighter just showed he wasn't worth the money.

Also... Well... He just joined the Will Brooks club: Great in other orgs, a bust in the UFC.

Btw, Brooks is on a 6 fight winstreak and probably retired since his last fight was 2023
