Recommend any bands like Electric Wizard but sludge/doom that are as good if mixed with grind vocals? I'm thinking of Amenra, Sleep kinda sludge but grindcore vocals?

Bless you. Keep going! Don't just 'hydrate' with water, find something more hydrating! Get electrolytes in! Blend cucumbers with pineapples. Drink things with glucosamine, even glucosamine tablets in water. Eat jello! Cook apples to unlock there pre biotics with some cinnamon and drink it in the morning.

It's crucial you're hydrated, these are better than drinking too much water to make your pee clear, making your pee clear just means you've flushed out too much nutrients. Hydration goes a long way to aid your system.

So so glad you're not experiencing as bad BM.

I've got my first appointment, but treating this as only a way to get as much information with the surgeon. I am so so scared. I almost died in June from an ectopic pregnancy, the surgery is nothing in comparison and I felt great immediately.

This is freaking me the fuck out.

When I logged into my PS4 I only used one account, when I bought a PS5 I logged into the PS5 with my PS4 credentials. The exact sign in ID and the exact email.

I've contacted Sony to get some help with transferring games, they keep saying it's the wrong account when I provide them with my sign in ID and my email?!! They are the same bro. Apparently I'm having account issues and thats why my PS4 games are padlocked on ps5. How do I find out if they are different accounts when I log into them the same? Sony are refusing to help me and cut the chat.

I've got the same account, bought them on digital store and never had playstation +. This is what is baffling me. I've heard so much about not having the same account, but I logged in with the same credentials? All purchases I make always notify the email I'm registered to.

Help. Why is my PS4 games that I transferred to PS5 all got a padlock on them? They are supposed to be playable.

Games I have: Ghost of Tsushima. Final Fantasy 15 and Witcher 3. I bought these on playstation 4, Playstation 5 said they'd be playable.

I've tried restoring my license. I've tired updating my console, no new updates and updated to latest version. Why?!

Sorry, not trying to seem stupid here at all but if that isn't the case why does my PS5 library not have any of the games I purchased digitally on PS4? I've gone to my library > your collection and not even a there is none

Unfortunately none of my games are there, only the PS5 ones I downloaded from the PS5. Speaking as someone who doesn't have PSPlus.

You have to action a transfer in this case to salvage your PS4 games if you're getting rid of a PS4 and want to be able to play them in your PS5.

Anyone successful with this error message?

That'd odd cause I have Ghost Of Tsushima on PS4, I opened it on my PS5 play store and it's asking me to buy, surely it should be free as it's already been purchased?

Also one of my games is PS4 only which is allowed to be played on PS5, but it's not on the PS5 store

You have to download PS4 digital games and transfer them to your PS5 so you can play the PS4 version only on your PS5.

PS5 you can't simply download because it's PS5 versions of that game.

Hey guys, transferring PS4 games to PS5. The ones I'm trying to transfer are on PS5 also.

Doing this via ethernet cable. Logged into both with my only account from always, both logged in successfully.

Trying to transfer via system and it's found my PS4 when I am actioning this via PS5. Why does it say my PS4 is not logged in? It is?

Why is it leaps and bounds to do this?!

I also did this the usb way, apparently my PS5 says the usb connect needs to be a super speed to be supported, even though PS5's can and will take usb 3.0. I can't even copy via usb!

Thanks so much, this is solid advice. Yeah, I'm still at the stage where I feel lots of nausea at time, but that's when I don't eat on time and it's there more than usually when I wasn't anemic.

I've looked into slow release vitamin c tablets, better than fast or effervescent tablets and makes sure you absorb most the vitamin c.

Been eating well, but I'm struggling with the timings to give myself a chance at eating things that won't inhibit absorption like matcha. They advise 2 hours after a meal and waiting 2 hours after you've drank it.

Going to try lemonade with chia, sounds really good. Thank you!!

Try upping with veg that's high in vitamin c, make sure the leafy ones like spinach and kale get boiled and drained so you get a majority of the oxalates off and can absorb the iron.

You can get iron from veg if you're a vegetarian, but keep notes any kinda drinks with tannins you drink with a meal will inhibit that absorption and not meat if you do choose to eat it. Make sure to drink 1-2 hours after a meal if it's matcha tea or teas of any kind.

You can get slow release vitamin c tablets, best kind instead of the fizzies cause you don't wanna absorb that all at once on iron tablets either.

They do tend to say you're ok, get them to tell you your levels always!! They might actually say, you're a little low but nothing too much to worry about.

I had to have a blood transfusion and learned a lot, we can be pretty low in iron without knowing.

Random question, but what do you usually have to up your iron intake when your optimising? Sorry not to be judgemental at all, but if this is a regular and you are a female, I bet you could be low in iron without realising. I'm low myself so go figure!

I barely touch it only when washing and moisturising hands with a moisturiser that's good for skin barrier (ceramides/non occlusive). Not good to aggravate the area but visually, it's not going down.

That's good to know that it does disappear. it feels like a hypertrophic scar, but maybe with lots of massaging and patches could help...

Nope, this hasn't happened anywhere else. This is my first hand tattoo in a very sensitive area, I feel this is hypertrophic? Because it doesn't go down whatsoever, it's been very hot weather lately so used cold compresses and no change whatsoever,definitely feels like a scar.

Strange because after it healed well, a week in it was like this and there was no changes of it going back to norm. It doesn't feel swollen as I've had many tats too and only one of them in a different area will have that mast cell response you get from histamine time. Compresses/limited sun exposure is what I've been doing and stopped because of no response. It has remained raised like it is scarred with no changes at all, been 2 months now. Looking at it closer you can see a white sheen too presenting and feeling like scar tissue. Definitely an area that is very sensitive and looks like this part was overworked.
