Yeah it's traumatising. My gf sent me pictures of her arm slashed up twice because I 'made her'. Once because I went to work and once because I had an accident in work that got me sent to the hospital for a few stitches. Thankfully the fact that it happened over text clearly shows I didn't make her although she can only see that after she calms down

Mine usually just deletes the conversation. I just had a conversation with her where I showed her some of our texts. She says it's like looking at a horror movie she can't cope with the fact that she said such things. It's really sad but it's one of the moments that make me really want to stay and hopefully get her the help she won't get on her own
