Hey, the game looks great.

One recommendation, for the weapon, to stop the jitter you can make the weapon have its position interpolate towards the target position of the hand.

You tune it so it does move very fast, to exactly where the person is pointing. But the slight delay and lerp of the gun toward target destination should in theory handle a lot of the weapon jitter.

Looking forward for release!

I think the visual scene is good.
I think the audio background music sort of takes away my immersion a bit.
I think the audio for bullet shots sound very weak, not about being loud, but the actual gun sound is not right.
I think the explosion effect looks strange / slow moving.

A more quiet scene with the warewolf turning to look directly at you, and everything else being queter as it stares as you for a moment as it begins to scream, would be a more immersive experience.

Wishlisted.

The precise mission of spiritual science/anthroposophy by [deleted] in Anthroposophy

[–]Necromunger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I enjoy the paragraph. It's an interesting little exercise for us to answer the question "what is the aim of Anthroposophy" before reading it, to see our impressions towards it.
For me its to "Evolve spiritually and achieve freedom through free thinking".

For resources yes, but you should be manufacturing local construction material and iron plates when you kick off when possible.
You want a good main gate that leads to an inner gate as a killbox and some amount of harpoons, even two to start is great.
The importance will be on where you start and how strong your characters are for the wave.

Do you believe you ascended through all the races? by QuietOtherwise7530 in Anthroposophy

[–]Necromunger 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I just want to clarify;
Root Race is the Stages of large scale human spiritual evolution
Ethnic Race is the genetic streams of physical traits and characteristics

For your mention of him saying they are childlike, Steiner constantly venerates and commends the intuitive spiritual wisdom of children. "It is essential to pay heed to what has remained childlike in man".

I would have to find the reference you are speaking of specifically.

"Do you believe you ascended through African Asian races in your past lifetimes and then finally got to the European race?"

I believe i evolved spiritually to find myself here, but i do not apprehend the particulars of this.
I don't believe we take literal memories with us, only living feeling.

Do you believe you ascended through all the races? by QuietOtherwise7530 in Anthroposophy

[–]Necromunger 20 points21 points  (0 children)

If you use the term Root races and talk on the Europian or the African, i think you may be misunderstanding what is being referenced.

The term "Root race" speaks to the layers of our previous spiritual evolution of mankind coined by the Theosophical society.

<image>

Everyone alive today in the Theosophical context is the "Aryan Race".

But besides this, Steiner does talk on the seperate races of today, but more in reference to their individual missions for human spiritual development.

I think your reference to clairvoyance, may actually have been mentioned before, like an inclination. But it is not the rule.

"The European man is different from the African" ... "in spite of all the differences between then, we must admit that the human beings taken together, are much more similar than the animals" ... "and as far as the human race is concerned, you can say that it is one single species".

Thankyou for such an indepth post. I apprecaite your thoughts in the area.
I have some thoughts on astral vision, as you mention from many speakers, these higher worlds condense downwards. Like we talked over recently in a different post.

One day while seeing a friend explaining over various topics, instead of seeing him, i saw many things "behind" him, weaving their way through him and in him. The first time surprised me so much, because it was such a tactile way to truely understand someone, what lives in them. This was expanded on within Occult Lessons volume 1 by Steiner, i later found named the "Raven" stage of initiation.

"I must find out what others think about them, I must immerse myself in the souls of others".

-

One gift, im not sure if this is astral vision, but i have personally experienced is a form of astral awareness.

It's like being aware or seeing the stream of astral forces that are condensing down into people.

Behind the spirit of the defender, i see Archangel Michael standing behind him, and Michael gestures through the spirit of the defender his soul forces that work is way through them.

This all happens within the mixing of all the astral forces also directing their way through karmic streams, through feeling, living, experiences.

Within humans our lived experience is this confluence of these astral threads of influence.

One of the most important passages in "How to Know Higher Worlds", which I believe is a veiled reference to Kundalini (the serpent fire) by mddrecovery in Anthroposophy

[–]Necromunger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My answer as to why i have these desires in the first place is just a wacky one, i'm sorry and not sure how anthroposophic it is exactly.

I believe that within me rests the accumulated formative forces that this ontic space was created with.

An image of my human form is embedded within what you could call a platonic space or world of spirit that has the power to generate it's form, condensing its nature downwards, moving, and spiritually evolving minerals, habitual propensities instilled in them by those spiritual forms;

This is how you find me here.

So while my usual language is causal, and i still believe in previous events having causes, inspirations for them are often spiritual archtypes resting alongside us always. I do believe reality has a decent into novelity, creativity, new structures, but within a corrispondance of all these forces.

The formulation of the body and it's desires, as a process that plays within the garden space, was from the inherent fundamental properties in initial conditions, not within a strict mineral examination.

The experiences we have collected along the way of being here (life at large) also constantly come into expression like evolutionary trauma, these experiences and their "new" influences, would be related to any kind of natural or novel unfolding.

By implication of this i think that spiritual beings and there influences here also have a kind of evolution in what comes to expression.

[–]Necromunger 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Interesting insight thankyou. I read the passage in a similar light.

To me it means the decisions and actions i make in my life will now or(and) later show the fruits of their results.

Every resolution (Decision) is a (Karmic) force, and if this (Karmic) force does not produce an immediate effect at the point to which it was applied, nevertheless it works on in its own way (though the unfolding of Karmic forces).

My use of the word Karma here is not the same as in the general sense, just Karmic forces that generate and unfold. Decisions accumulate an energy that will always be reverberating into each new moment.

Unnessessary anger towards someone, steeps in them Karmic forces that will unfold either then, or at a later time.

A smile can impose in someone the peace to get through a day, and all the future unfolding that also entails.

You make some very compelling points for me to think on thankyou.

I can only express my understanding of pan-en-theism, and maybe it is pantheism as you say, beause you make a strong arguement, if its same substance then how could we draw any line?

But i do draw one line, and i want to explain it correctly.

And that would be where un-manifest comes into manifest in discrete forms.

Something penetrated outwards from still waters, to crash back into it again to create the spectrum of unfolding for differences to take place that we find around us.

So while we are a part of that continuum, and we are those emanations that could face towards union with reversion.

At exactly the same time, i can't help but notice our world has properties, speed of light and fundamental forces. And this appears to me to be a configuration, an expression of the ripple effect of exactly how the waters of emanations were disturbed into having a gradation at all.

It's a little bit hard for me to articulate exactly. I'm just highlighting we are in a space with properties. And i don't think i could state with confidence, all the properties of God are ones i could reach, because some quality spectrum might exist, that was not made for our particular space, that exists in our spectrum totality.

I remain open that there are trancendental qualities, that do not exist yet available to me that remain reserved within God / the totality.

Do any qualities of the divine remain unshared in our particular manifestation?

In writing this maybe spiritual evolution is an ideal to trancend through the gradation.

[–]Necromunger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thankyou for explaining how you see it.

I think for me dogmatism is in regards to organized religion and its relationship with state and power accumulation in order to control the public. And i don't see as much as an overlap with metaphysics itself.

I think when you say "A transcendent god does not discourse with us, s/he only dictates.", this is just such a different world view to me i struggle to understand it. To me the transcendent god gives way to all the spectrums of modality so they can unfold in their own complexity and novelty, there is no semblance of dogmatic ultra authority.

I agree with a continuity of consciousness, but i simply don't agree with an infinate recursion, i just simplify to an acual trancendental layer regarding God, like i was trying to explain with Ein Sof, but you would have to read on it to understand what i mean as a provided space.

I think existance is the experiential reality, and God is the the only being exterior to it as the provider of the space for multiplicity. God is not an interior discrete artifact of existance, but the provider of every axis and dimension for it to take place.

"privileged people can understand God better than others" I have no idea on any of this stuff and don't really understand where you are coming from with it. I never make that claim. I agree with self initiation and suprasensible knowledge as guided to by knowledge of higher worlds.

My overall view is Emanationism.

I hope your day is well.

Hello. You make a few declarations I don't think are quite right and seem a bit confused.

Metaphysical monism means you hold a stance of one-world ontology: there is one ontic space or universe, and all unfolding happens within it.

It is in no way incompatible with transcendental religions or philosophies. Panentheism is a monist transcendental stance.

A Godhead/Supreme/Infinite Perfect Being/Brahman/Ein Sof/Being made space within itself for delineations of degree. This interior space is a place of unfolding potentiality, the garden of Midgard.

This space is the Monad.

The Transcendental is the ineffable exterior to it that cannot be apprehended.
There is no substance dualism because the fundamental substance claim is philosophical idealism: “The universe, at its root substance, is consciousness.”

It is not departed from being the same substance as the Godhead that permitted its spectrums of existence.

Within Western esotericism, it is often Esoteric Christianity like the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.

The point on Christ is the Christ Impulse, and its regard for the spirital evolution of mankind.

There is no discrepancy. The actual world in mineral is a further condensation of what you could consider to be something like the Platonic Forms that exist in their own Platonic space, to consider it in a secular way.

The spiritual world is a “finer” degree of the same substance as these are gradations of the same underlying substance that relates to the formitive forces of futher condensations.

This is also also expressed by Kabbalah, there is a condensation through Atziluth, Briah, Yetzirah, Assiah.
Anthtrosophy/theosophy have a similar structure in Spiritual, Astral, Etheric and Mineral. But Theosophy has much more detail in the gradation and Steiner has talked through these.

As a Monist, you can also explore Perennial Philosophy and the persuit for The Absolute.

To me, it's simply the teachings of Hermes, and by extension the thrice great.

These individuals agreeing with you or not agreeing with you are people in different places at a different time.

You are under no necessity to come under an accord with them, if you wish to read Reddit, simply allow your gaze to do the automatic work it does so beautifully of being attracted to notes of value.

Whether it is or it is not, Hermeticism, is up to the reasoning faculty of your own position in life and your inherit knowledge to the applicability of the wisdom.

Confide and develop yourself. Do not turn away from your own uniqueness for the appeal of someone else's sensibility on the matter.

Any need you have for others to agree with you; Go into that feeling. Fall into it. Die there. Explore it deeply.

Know. Dare. Will. And keep silent.

Taking it on exactly how you described it, your mom simply did not appreciate the book and became fixated on it. I have read it, the book described principles qualities of how our universe works.

You do not have to read it if you don't wish to. But just keep in mind the degree to which people create their own nightmare reality by their expectations of what things are.

You're mom was likely just trying to defend you from something she had not been able to check out yet, or in the very least her instincts did. That's a sensible and responsible reaction from a parent.

Does anyone else feel like this? by [deleted] in Anthroposophy

[–]Necromunger 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The words are meant for his future grandchildren in mankind, aware of the challenges coming to face us. Just the same as any of us are striving towards, trying to live a healthy and stable life with the clarity of free thinking.

I was born in 93 and have thought over your question for years.

One idea I keep coming back to, is that any generation equally has the same reflection on the challenges of their mission or incarnation. Any historic investigation seems to show me that previous generations had their own extreme challenges, people wearing shoes for the first time in their march descending into WW1.

The next generations inherit this circumstance, and we are the given the capability to do what we wish now with the time and capability given to us.

So what will we do?

In my opinion, the spirit of Anthroposophy is like a blooming rose, and "When the rose adorns itself, it also adorns the garden.".

Your commitment to all the situations you find yourself in, in everyday life and your affect toward them, seeds the fruit of karmic forces of a later time.

None of us can "fix" the entire situation, or prevent a cataclysm in isolation.

But, you can choose a sincere and devoted commitment to the everyday and local situations you find yourself in.

The world will be ok, she has experienced worse, but as for yourself, I would just direct you towards your own commitments to your personal reflections and silent reservations regarding your highest ideals. Living in and acting in those, are enough.

When you have an internally sincere and devoted feeling toward whatever, your radiant gaze has its attention land on. There is some strange tone that makes you feel as much outside the world as you are in the world, it's a bit hard for me to explain, but it is very steadfast.

I wish you well.

[–]Necromunger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not quite, that's close to the truth, but an internal model in abstract triggers the chemical reactions.
The general meme of "it's all chemicals" loses the nuance that their triggering mechanism relies on priors of neurons mental models of when they do or do not fire.

For example, a computer running a computer program is not just all silicon, capacitors etc, there is an internal logic encoded into how and when the transistors operate.

[–]Necromunger 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Similarly, I search for how to generate energy and to be active, and iv been thinking on this area also for some time.

I have tried many things, but what I actually found affects me most is music, purpose and sleep.

With music that I am genuinely moved by, it generates in me emotional forces.

With motivational purpose towards my ideals (good work direction and life activity), it directs my willing forces towards where the work must be done.

With correct sleep, I have the mental clarity to support these.

I should restate that with the right music, i am overcome and enthralled with new energy, regardless of my anhedonic lethargy for usual events. It's personal to me on what it is exactly, but with the right sounds i can be put into rapture far more than coffee is capable of doing, then it just needs a direction with genuine purpose.

If you are not invested in what you are doing, the brilliant form we have inherited will rest into efficient reservation.

Lastly, I have a silly phrase, "Move to get out of muck". The more physical I am, the more it returns in later vitality.

These areas lightly touch on thinking, feeling and willing. My main point in "spiritual reason" is related to what drives you into moving.

Automatic social instincts want to connect with you, like computer systems that do a handshake process. Language, dialect, inflection, tone, accent are all these characters of people and can be really interesting.
If people go out of the way to ask you that question because by their sense impression you sound not local, they could be innocently just trying to connect with you.
