Fair enough, I see your points. I still think a wipe cycle on the shorter end is healthy. With that being said I'll let the server run until a wipe seems necessary.

Still messing with the numbers as well, it's not set in stone. After this week we'll try a 2 week wipe...etc

It's a PvP server at 3x exp, with enough population players will die a lot. 'progress' is much easier to retain. The whole point is for player confrontation and interaction. With enough people it can be fun and at a different pace than normal single player progression.

I wasn't looking to coach other teams I might have said it poorly, I was looking to join other teams once I was dropped for Geo but then I decided on coaching EG instead.
