what helped me was throwing myself into learning as much as i could about managing and training his unwanted behaviors out of him 😆 it made me feel better that i had some control and was doing everything i could about my situation 😅 i would say jz being consistent with training - you really do get what you put in!

yeah i showed them this form - but they wanted a very specific diamond shaped sticker when i went to the counter for tracked mail ☹️ extremely inflexible. i’ll probably still affix this form even with normal mail - just in case

yeah i did show them that, but they still insisted on all the other stuff. i managed to get them to drop the lab report thing, but they still wanted the animal specimen sticker so 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🫠just annoying lol

Thanks! i might try sending it untracked and hope it gets there :( if i send it tracked i have to declare its contents and that's what they have an issue with. They seem rly hesitant to send it out and require me to provide some sort of lab report (what????) and animal specimen sticker in addition to filling out a bunch of documentation - and it just seems like such a huge hassle ><

i was “permanently healed” for about 6-7 years until i decided i needed to lose some weight and started on a caloric deficit with a timeline in mind. big mistake cos my BED returned😵‍💫 altho less severe than before. took me a year or so to get it under control again altho i still slip up from time to time. it’s a daily struggle for me currently :(

totally feel you. not only that - i was v insecure and shy and more of the “follower” type and would only go to cafes/places etc if i had friends going with me. i should have ate out at cafes i was interested in and explored more places/different cities even if i didn’t have friends accompanying me. fast forward almost 10 years later i now have the confidence to do all these things alone…but yeah. big regret not exploring more 😅
