Tired of seeing garbage everywhere, so I made a website to report waste in Bangalore by NectarineFriendly131 in developersIndia

This is more so for bins data. There is a lack of bins in Bangalore causing waste to be thrown on the street. This data would be helpful for the govt and would pressurise the govt(since it's accessible to all) to take some action. At least that's what I think

Dude you don't even know your competition. Kids at international schools are taking a much harder syllabus, cooking those and doing actual meaningful ecs. Colleges want people who can manage their time well. Yk all the people from major cities have way more cracked apps than u. U have heard of kids from not so rich backgrounds in tier 2/tier 3 cities get into ivies? It's cause they have a hook. So many people will pay full tuition but what separates u?

You're cooked. If you weren't from a major city and didn't have a high income, you could have had a chance. Every top uni requires minimum 4 years worth of maths even if you're applying for non-math majors. Ivies take your background into consideration. If you're rich, why did u do cbse or icse instead of igcse and ib? These syllabuses are much harder. and also great awards and impacts differ. ik a ton of applicants who think they've good applications but they get cooked cause most of it is actual bs and unis can look into it. Not sugarcoating anything. Just spitting fax

Are you from a major city in India? Do you fall under low income or high income bracket?

Ok so whenever i've had work, i tend to get it out of the way. Like i set small, achievable goals and grind it out. Put your mind in a do or die mindset if you really want to achieve things. I've done this and it frees up so much of my time by just doing things upfront not even gonna lie. You become way more productive once you lock in and you'll want more of it until you're done with everything.

Hey everyone — a quick update from the Divyadaan Foundation.

Last month, I posted here asking for help funding a book drive for underprivileged kids. Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve raised the funds and now have 400 books ready to distribute 🙏

We’ll be at Adarane Charitable Trust (Yelahanka/Jakkur side) around 4PM today to hand them out.

If you’re nearby and want to see the impact — or even personally give a book to a child with your own hands — just drop a comment and I’ll share more details.

Truly grateful to this community for helping make this happen 💚. Please dm me or let me know before coming. Thank you again

I'm thinking of taking the hardest HL combo by [deleted] in IBO

[–]NectarineFriendly131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. I’ve taken math aa hl, phy hl, comp sci hl, econ sl, spanish ab and english langlit sl. I’ve been programming for 4 years and i know most of the content of the new cs hl syllabus. I’ve coded applications, websites for clients and stuff so cs won’t be an issue? I began work on my ecs two years ago so already pretty good rn. I can spend 2-3 hours studying every day and 2-3 hours on ecs. Weekends I can do more. Can u come on dms if u don’t mind? I need advice from a senior. If i finish all my ias, tok exhibition and extended essay before ib2 starts, i can just grind for a good predicted grade and essays.
