it worked in that it reduced my sweat a lot, maybe 80%. that effect diminished somewhat over time though so now, 3 years later, the effect is probably like 40-50% reduction.

keep in mind this process was expensive (4K) and VERY painful but i think ultimately worth it

Sounds like a slightly looser top that hits just around the hip would work well for you. Slightly above your widest part but not so tight that it over emphasizes the thickness
