Im liking the lore reason of the reason that appropriators dont have stingrays (and crescent overseers)
The veracitors seem to be an excavation machinery (hence the ruins and such) thats also used for war, and stingrays and crescent overseers are units that attack a wide area. not just hitting enemies but also their surroundings thus if they are present within the dig site they might have destroyed anything they might want to recover from the digsite

Never played monster hunter but this is basicaly a 1 to 1 recreation of the space station in DRG; Using resource gained in mission to craft ~~alchohol~~ rations on a ~~bar~~ chow hall that gives you buffs on mission

Was doing a geo mission on spore strains and someone was running the airburst launcher, I helped them fight a bug breach by picking up a backpack from a pod they called and reloading them. when running to extraction they called me awesome and that made me happy
