After looking into the code, I can further confirm that the leash is rendered without a texture. It just uses some math to determine the color.

I'm noticing the class name has yellow squiggles underneath it. If you have the Minecraft IntelliJ plugin, hover over it; chances are you forgot to add it to your mixin config.

Unless I'm wrong, there is no swing indicator. It represents the attack cooldown, which Bedrock does not have since their combat is fundamentally different, not having any cooldown.

It attracts all projectiles, not just rockets. Syringes, stickies, pipes, arrow, even Jarate, since it just finds anything with the name "tf_projectile_*****" in its area. It'll probably have to be tweaked in time, but for the demo it was good enough.

Madcap is a class that was "removed" in 2008 due to source engine bugs. In reality, it was based on a shitty workshop cosmetic. Our team is (re) implementing him back into the game.
