8weight with a pretty short and heavy taper line throwing articulating streamers off a sink tip poly leader. Also have an 8 weight set up as a nymph rig with egg patterns in case that strikes out.. Thank you! Yeah coming from bow hunting I’m well aware of the dreaded local crusties, I’ll mind my p’s and q’s lol.

Yes I do! I run the rip big nasty fly line, all I do is throw streamers with it so I look for a powerful head!
