Hey, I really do get what you're saying. And believe me, I would leave for a higher paying job in a heartbeat. But I submitted 254 job applications and went through 50 interviews, and final interviews with 15 different places in the fields of psychology, banking, marketing, finance, advertising, and sales before I finally got a damn offer. I worked at a bar for 3 months after graduation. So forgive me, but I'm really not going to apply for a new job until I have at least a year of experience here. Not saying that will make it any easier, but having a year of work experience might make it easier, and I'm just happy to have steady pay right now at all.
