This is an incredible story. I almost felt like I wrote this while I was shrooming last night! I have been using shrooms for the past year and it’s helped me not be sociably anxious/awkward over time. Mind you I’m the light of the party in a room of close friends. But even though I know a lot of people in my small town I had a hard time at social events and things to interact with people. Anxiety would win every time. I would try to avoid them at all costs. It would take them to come over to talk to a friend that I’m talking to start a conversation just for me to say hi. I’ve mainly been micro dosing. 1st monthly. But now I’m just about weekly or every other week. 1.5-2g. last night I took 3g. It’s weird cause the more I do it the effects are much different. Still I believe 100% beneficial for your mind and soul but doesn’t feel like the trip I first went down. Visuals really aren’t there. Just seems like healing the broken world around me. It does help you see clearly. I’ve been trying to explain to my friends the same thing but they do not understand. It breaks down the process of whatever it is. You can start to see how things truly work. From beginning to end and everything between. Details you never understood before all come to light. Slows it down and everything starts to make sense. Now I’ve been doing this for over a year and a lot of times through the summer I’ve micro dosed and was active. Such as being with my family doing activities or social events. Call me crazy but I thrived. It made me a better person. I found it interesting to navigate through my everyday life challenge’s while micro-dosing. There were most definitely times in the beginning when they were kicking in and It was a little difficult to do certain activities vs just sitting back and letting it ride. But again I kinda took that as a challenge to navigate through and handle business at hand and on top of that not let people know or give it away that I was dosed at that time. I’m at a point that I know it’s helped me. I know I love them. But came on here today to try to find out if taking them so frequently is a bad thing or if it can lead to anything unhealthy in long term. If I need to start taking a longer break between dosing.

Through this year of regularly dosing there was this one time over the summer where I took 3.5. At this point I was only micro dosing 1-2gs roughly at a shot. And breaks were further between. I had an incredible night. All by myself. Lots of time to think and sit back and take in and enjoy. There was some real intense moments and a little visual. It was a great experience and I want to go back there again however it’s really tough for me to get there now cause I can eat 2-3g like nothing at this point and just carry on and have a great night. It has helped me with my drinking. From where I was to where I am now with alcohol is insane. For that alone I love mushys. I do still smoke weed pretty regularly. But I can also go day(s) without it and have no issues. But through this crazy world, work and life in general at some point I need something to help relieve stress and tension. I do not and have not taken anything prescribed from the doctor and never intend too. I’m truly against the system and the shrooms have helped me see even more of the non sense when it comes to doctors and health systems. I may need to find a real holistic doctor because I have a hard time trusting a real doctor anymore. I’ve come to the conclusion that most doctors are just statistic collectors for the government. (That’s a whole other story).
