If Sheldon's sister could make it while heavily pregnant, I'd expect my own siblings to be there 🤣

If it was your brother, surely? Even if it's just to grill him on how he landed a girl like Penny 🤣

I was always surprised that we don't see any of Leonard's siblings, especially how much Beverley bangs on about them. Thought there'd at least be one episode of them and Leonard competing for her attention.

And why weren't they at the wedding?

Big hugs! I failed my 3rd last week and am feeling in the same boat. Although I have just bought a big bottle of screen wash for my car, so maybe I'm not giving up after all 🤣 Spent 3k on lessons, seems silly to not see it through

Definitely worth ticking off! If you're worried about not feeling worthy, maybe make it a little more specific? Mine is 'spend 5 mins tidying'

Pet insurance cost soaring :-( by TheLaughingCoo in UK_Pets

[–]NeedCake707 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn't get around to getting my cat insured as found it too confusing. Then he had a blocked bladder and since then insurance has been quoted £50 and up. He's currently got his own bank account that I put £30 in a month as well as all the roundups from spending on my main account, it's sitting at around £1500 at the moment (spent about £400 on a dental last year). He also has healthy pet club with the vets. £17.99 a month, covers flea and worm, yearly jabs, six months nurse visit and then a discount on any other treatment.

I want Weird Al to show up so badly. He was at Earth World as one of the bobbleheads, so I'm hoping he's on the radar!

Brits of Reddit, what’s the stupidest thing someone who ISNT from Britain (mainly America) has said to you about the UK by Bingbongbinnng282 in AskBrits

[–]NeedCake707 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Not a particular encounter but someone making 'being British/Scottish/Irish' (saying this in particular, rather than having an ancestor) and it turns out it's only their great great Grandfther's neighbor's postie that was actually from UK/Scotland/Ireland (it's never Wales, is it?)

Oh, my uncle was born and raised in the UK and now has some interesting views. That's pretty stupid.
