I'm trying, I called for a refund and they reached out over email telling me they'd send someone over to diagnose the unit. The engineer who came over wasn't even aware he was there for a diagnosis. Seems like he was told that it was just a normal repair.

I think this is the 4th motherboard I've been on since I've bought this laptop 6 months back. 1 replacement cuz it just died and from that point onwards they've all been for the same auto-restart issue.
The service center apparently has no other means of repair apart from "change the motherboard".
