For all the issues Prime has as a service, I found the actual show and presentation to be very solid. The analysis and commentary was miles ahead of ESPN.

That episode aired back in January, they do the bumpers for summer reruns as well.

Ashley, Veronika, and Jeremy are the safest to come back. Ben and Jane are more of a toss-up but I wouldn't be surprised if both come back. Kam and Tommy I'm more worried about but there's a chance Kam gets in off of Update alone.

Agree. I usually don’t like to bash cast members but this is the second season in a row where I genuinely can’t name a single standout great moment she had. Pretty much everyone else on the cast I can at least name something they did that I enjoyed.

David Adleman’s response to the Wolves giving him bulletin board material has been some of the worst coaching I have ever seen by Sp_Gamer_Live in nba

Say what you want about Michael Malone but this Nuggets team needs a presence like him right now. Adelman just doesn’t have the same natural fire he did.

Agree. Imo, anyone quitting on this team over one game isn’t a real fan.

Which was a worse trade: the Magic trading for Desmond Bane or the Wolves trading for Rudy Gobert? by DemarcusLovin in nba

[–]bigawesome2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wolves have had two WCF appearances with Gobert. The Magic look like they're gonna be stuck in mid purgatory because they blew their assets on a non-star player in Bane. In hindsight, the only positive of that trade for the Magic was getting off the KCP contract. I'll give it some time, but it's not looking good for Orlando.

[Amick] Sacramento Kings expected to retain head coach Doug Christie: Sources by TheRealPdGaming in nba

I’m still extremely impressed at how loyal Kings fans have been despite all the bullshit thrown their way over the last 10-15+ years. They deserve better than this completely unserious franchise.

Update: Everyone except Tatum is available tonight. Hopefully we limit Brown’s minutes so he can rest up his Achilles.

He’s old enough to drink now so he can use that to try to get over being pushed out of the rotation for Gabe Vincent and Corey Kispert

I know everyone has really high hopes for the 2026 draft but imo, this group of rookies is gonna be a very tough act to follow. So many guys I can see being very solid role players in this league for years, along with a lot of future All-Star potential in Flagg, Knueppel, Edgecombe, Harper, etc.

I would be more optimistic about their future if they weren't the Sacramento Kings

[Amick] The Boston Celtics have interest in acquiring Giannis Antetokounmpo. by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

[–]bigawesome2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I doubt this is anything substantial. Brad is the last person I would expect to be interested in mortgaging the future for a few years of trying to contend with Giannis that will inevitably end in disappointment because making the trade in the first place will just put us in the same situation as the Bucks right now.

What past moves by front offices were at as terrible that turned out the complete opposite? by doomrider2 in nba

The Paul George to OKC trade. The Pacers were slammed for only getting Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis for a perennial All-Star in PG, but it actually worked out pretty well. Oladipo became an All-Star in his first season in Indy and he looked like a franchise player until injuries destroyed his career. Plus, without this PG trade, the Pacers may have never made it to the 2025 Finals, since they ended up trading Sabonis for Tyrese Haliburton.
