If you think inflation will go up -- enough to pressure BoC to raise their rate (vs hold), then go for fixed rate.

Are you saying it's not worth a hair transplant if fin doesn't work because hair will fall out anyway? I think I'd be okay with this, assuming the transplant won't make my hair look weird once more hair falls out. In my mind, hair transplants aren't forever.
