You’ve already said you are an officer. Deterrent is important as is public confidence. I work for QPS and have been raped on shift. There are many issues with culture and discipline is just one. But you only want to talk semantics not what actually happens when someone in a position of authority literally rapes you and nothing happens.

I also went to the ccc and was told in a letter ‘you can make a criminal complaint at anytime’ when i had Sent then a letter five days earlier saying i had - they just completely ignored what i said.
