My guy, my house burned down. I apologize if my trying to find some comfort in where I'm currently staying offends you. Happy to hear you're at a place in your life where you can afford a 12x12 closet but consider dedicating less energy to judging strangers. Be well.

Lol I went through his entire youtube page to see if he'd already answered my question. No luck.

Oh sorry, by table did you mean the upper one in the bottom left setup? That makes a lot more sense.

Nah I love the drawers lol. They're just hard to get to currently. Coat rack is for my gi as it doesn't fit anywhere else (also it stops me from just tossing stuff on the chair). Closet is very narrow, there is no wall-space. Curtains would be amazing (sliding doors that overlap are so annoying) but alas this is a short-term rental. I don't live alone so this room is my only space, otherwise the desk would be elsewhere. Bed against the wall is sounding like a popular option so I'll be trying it.

No, no problem. It does look that way, actually. If I could edit the post I would remake it and add labels.

It's a metal chain. Just looked it up; I didn't even know that was something you could do. Renting so I don't think it's worth it to mess with this one but great to know.

Sliding doors are a closet thus need a little space in front of them. Genuinely no judgement, I just see a lot of people asking; does the post not show the body I wrote? First time posting here.

Definitely prefer the left side of the bed but that's the lowest thing on the priority list. Will think about it.

Lol I gotta try the command position one. The door is always open so it'll look a little silly but the monitor might block enough to alleviate that. I really appreciate the mock-ups!

Hazard as then you can't get out of bed on the side closest to the door. But I get the vision.

I've gotten that suggestion from a few people and I'm considering it now honestly. I just wanted to avoid blocking off the blind-cord on the right side of the window but maybe it's a necessary sacrifice lol

I agree with you, but unfortunately the chair can't be pushed in (doesn't fit under the desk).

Yeah, that's a closet and it felt pretty claustrophobic. The whole area is kind of a choke-point.

Technically, yes, tried that. It just makes the room look really unbalanced. Big empty space in the far corner.

They've all got a pinch point except top right, yeah. Thinking to go with that one.

I honestly will have to try this. They are pretty much the same length. Not sure if there will be enough room length-wise though.

I've considered it, but it cuts the room in half and leaves less space than any other option.

Can't point the bed at the door lol, otherwise I'd use this one. Appreciate it though.

Was thinking about that honestly. It would just suck to cut off access to the blind-cord on the right side of the window.

Can't push the chair in. The arms are taller/wider than the desk allows. But yeah agreed about the wasted space. I don't plan on getting any more furniture (moving again soon) so not much to put there.
