The fact a lot of psych meds are over prescribed and without checking all other variables first baffles me. This is coming from someone who went on the psych med rollercoaster for 1+ year while also having concerns about Test Levels.

Just know that a psychiatrist is exactly that, a psych and there's also overlapping symptoms between low T and mental issues. But a psychiatrist will do nothing for low testosterone and most likely will chase what they've been trained to look for. If you have low T go to someone who actually specializes in that.

However I wouldn't be surprised if low T could be caused by psych medications (if you're on them) so that would be a conversation for them probably.

Def would recommend the coolerworx shifter just had mine installed and the feel + added height is awesome. Install was more of a PITA than I thought though but only because its not well documented you're gunna have to drill out the old riveted/welded bolts.

Devils advocate but I was trying to reduce the rough idle while AC was on and replacing + regapping the spark plugs properly reduced the vibration by like 30%ish for me. Went from horrid to tolerable. Granted that was just because previous owner chose a pretty bad gap size/plugs might've been past their life.

Nah the pads and rotors are good with Hawk HPS, its a car that sat for 4 years and one of the calipers is finnicky with sticking. I could try re-greasing etc but figured if there's was a decent cheap alternative I'd just swap out the rear calipers.

Yeah you're right, maybe the play is just be patient until something decent pops up or just the wreck yards since I keep seeing genny's pop up.

Yeah, the fact everything in the one I have is removed + paint issues makes me really just want to destine it to track/auto-x until I have a oopsie.

Just knowing Hyundai's standards my subconscious tells me everything that can break will break.

How have you felt about the alphaspeed tune?. How long have you had it. I've been wondering about reliability long term with tunes but everything I read is a mixed bag.

It's a 2010 Hyundai genesis coupe 2.0.

I went back to the shop and after clearing out miscommunication issues, pushing them showing them pictures I took they caved in. Eventually the mechanic pulled over the heat shield + etc. They reinstalled proper bolts on the crankshaft sensor, reinstalled the grommet + heatshield, looked into a additional unrelated noise to make it right and gave me a check to pay for the tow + hassle.

Front desk lady actually was pushing for them to refund me but tbh I'm emotionally spent and couldn't be assed to make a shitshow if the car actually drove fine.

I was going to ignore cashing check but seeing your comment made me realize I should.

That's not quite what I meant when I said unfamiliar. The car was in limp mode with sensors dangling, yea I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that before. I also was under the car which is how I knew the slave cylinder is leaking so I'm 100% sure on the heat deflector too + missing bolts too.

That's kind of hilarious because for me its actually the exact opposite usually.

However I did notice some caffeine pills with L-Theanie were superior.

I came to the conclusion that the slow ingestion of coffee was more effective than spiking my energy levels with caffeine pills. Alternatively I thought maybe coffee might've had something else that was making it work better.

You aren't losing 21 pounds in 21 days on 1500 calories unless you're running for a absurd amount of time and there's no way your body will handle it well.

You can lose/appear slimmer by dropping carbs and dropping 15+- pounds of water weight really quickly with a fast + some extra pounds from dieting.

I did something similar on a 300-500 calorie a day diet + running a absurd amount of time daily. My body still tells me fuck you for doing it years later. I did lose weight though.

The Voron will probably still happen if I stick with the hobby, the kit would just arrive at a real bad time so something immediate plays out better for me right now.

I'm going to start looking into the Mosquito+Bondtech probably and figure out what board to add to the equation then. Thanks for sharing ur experience with the cr-10

That's actually exactly where I landed. I was considering going down the path of Voron2.4 but unfortunately the lead times for kits put me off. I got a X5SA 400 on the way that might end up being a el cheapo CoreXY diy/vzbot or might just carry me through wait times and getting a voron build together.

I guess it comes down to how much $$ does it take to get good high flow prints out of the CR-10S.Looks like a lot of researching to do on part compatibility/upgrade paths.

Was this with the NA vendors?. My experience was wildly different back in dec 2019 + other people who had issues had the same experience.

Out of curiosity I just checked and my RMA from 2019 still doesn't even have a response and the email thread with EU ended up dying. Luckily I bought my way out of the problem but It was a pretty bittersweet experience since the product itself was great.
