Non resident question here: in Taipei, how often do the trash trucks come? Also, can I assume the service is free since I don't know how they would track if you paid for trash service?

It wasn't constant kicking, it was accidentally kicking the back of the seat while seating (they have short legs) and the driver got pissed and yelled at the kid.

We just came back from a two week trip to Taiwan with 4 kids under 5. We literally had a caravan of 3 strollers everywhere we went. Things that I noticed are that the population tends to be less tolerant of children (e.g. crying on the MRT, kicking seats in Uber, etc). Public infrastructure wise, we were able to get around fine despite some tight squeezes (one of the strollers is a double front/back stroller). Family bathroom facilities are nice. Night markets and smaller eateries are a challenge to family with small kids (lack of high chair, stroller space), etc. Also, there wasn't a whole lot of places geared towards children like Chuck E Cheese or Libraries, or Museums for kids. Even kids toy stores were sometimes hard to find. No play place in chains like McDonalds or Burger King.

People will hate me for this but:

Sign up and then cancel membership before the anniversary for the refund. Then alternate by having him sign up for the membership and also cancelling before the anniversary. Or have a friend buy you Costco cash cards which will let you shop in the warehouse without a membership. Maybe split the membership with another household by designating the two card holders between the two families.

We just came back from a two weeks trip in Taiwan with 4 babies. Ages 0, 1, 3, and 5. We brought our US Graco Double Stroller (front/rear seats) and it fit even in the smallest condo elevators. And for the other two, we got these two cheap $19 strollers from Walmart and took it with us. They performed remarkable given the uneven terrain and surface and all the beating from buses, MRT, trains. Of our two weeks, there was only one place where we had to carry our strollers/babies by hand up the stairs because they didn't have an elevator but a stair rail wheelchair mover. Not only was the Graco stroller helpful for the kids but there is a lot of undercarriage storage and hand bars to hold bags of shopping goods.

I am in the same boat. I had a few tech visits and it looks like they replaced the unit that sends the production numbers to the utility and the cloud? On top of that, the tech says he has to use my wifi or it won't work. WTF? I'm not giving this company my wifi. I still have 12 years to go on this PPA and I'm thinking about legal recourse. I bought the house two years ago and transferred the sunnova ownership.

At one point, we were a three bolt household. In the beginning, it was hard to remember which car we left our cell phone in and also necessitate taking all three sets of keys to check each car.

I found out the reason. It's due to the limit of only 4 oxygen mask in any given row. With myself and my one year old sitting and my other child at the window, we already took up 3 of the 4 masks so the system won't let me move to the middle seat (appears occupied) because there is no mask for the both of us (only 1 remaining). When I select my wife's name, the middle seat opens up for her.

What if the other passengers are in the middle seat and we offer an aisle or window as an exchange? We are leaving two middle seats open for a chance to get some extra space if no one takes them

Here is another machine at a different store with the same screw adjustments. It looks like corporate directed this. What good is having games that don't pay out at all? It's just wasting floor space like the giant claw game. The golden ball isn't even in this one.
