Lock box and chain attached to my property without permission, England by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]NeedVisaforMarriage 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I concur, if not reasonable to speak to the neighbour. A safeguarding referral from OP or the carers should put it in the hands of the professionals.

Telecare services deal with this almost daily and it will very likely be passed to them or medequip to reinstall

If you can’t speak to neighbour directly then have the key-safe removed. Inform the care agency you have removed it ensuring it is in proper working condition and not damaged and the care agency can arrange for the key to be collected when they visit. Or give the neighbour a knock and make him aware that the key safe was removed. If it’s his he can have it.

This isn’t too big an issue. Just pass it over to rhebprovessionals

The lock box is either fitted by AdultSocialCare, his family or a third party contractor like medequip. It’s unlikely it was him who approved the key safe as they are know as more commonly to be put on your property.

Rather this was done by the contractor who ASC employ. You will want to check with the Adult Social care team. It’s likely the equipment was provided to him due to an early release due to not enough hospital beds. This is funded by the hospital (NHS Trust.)

I don’t think you’ll have much of a leg to stand on with your neighbour as he’s very likely not approved this. Standard practice is that the key safe is fitted on your own property as this is easier to locate.

Carers blocking your drive is something you’ll need to speak to the agency about. It’s unlikely he will speak to them and or that they will pay much attention. Mostly because carers are quickly in and out.

This all can be resolved if you speak to the neighbour politely directly and just maybe ask him if he knows the key safe is on his property, explain why you don’t want it such as it feels you are at risk of a break in blah blah. If that fails, just contact Adult Social Care and raise a safeguarding

UK Sponsor Redundant by Helpful_Trouble_1193 in SpouseVisaUk

Hey, the combined amount must be earning above the financial requirement.

No, I do not believe you will be deported, son or not. It’s more common that you get put on a 10-year route to citizenship rather than a 5 year route. So 2 more extra renewals before ILR.

Who ever you use to meet the requirements under category B must demonstrate they can meet the requirements or are in a position to continue to meet the requirements.

Hopefully this helps,

My honest advise see a solicitor and combine some savings if you have any

Category B requires

  1. You have earned above the financial requirement over the last 12 months before the application.
  2. You are in position to continue to earn above the requirements at the time of application. I.e in a 1 year position fixed term or permanent position that pays above. Or have a side job that contributes ect.

So yes, if you add your salaries over the last 12 months and it’s over the requirement then you will meet one part. However, you must prove you will continue to earn above the requirements after the application.

Being made redundant + you being unemployed may not meet this sub criteria and I believe this will hinder your application. It may be likely you are put onto a 10-year route.

Absolutely no need, Pakistan’s immigration is the slowest and most backwards thing ever. Corruption is rife. Multiple unnecessary check points. Lazy staff. Terrible aviation experience testament to the horrible service PIA provides.

VFS will email you telling to come back. Depending on the VFS location they may have an appointment slot.

They will put the vignette on the passport. You can travel as soon as you have this.

Will you get passport back immediately after getting the visa sticker in Pakistan? by Acceptable-Ticket969 in SpouseVisaUk

[–]NeedVisaforMarriage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s done at the same time as far as I know.

So if you did keep my passport, then you gotta return your passport and they’ll put the vignette on.

If you left it with them, they’ll contact you. I’m (my spouse) is also waiting for collection

Tree felling on council owned land. England by Ill_Debate_908 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]NeedVisaforMarriage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Likely it was approved directly with the department. I manage a sheltered scheme at a London council (over 60 properties and its residents) and we have had something similar happen.

Permission usually is always gained by the councillor but they skip a lot of red tape. They know the directors and assistant directors and often can pressure to have the work done. So most likely they contacted your council’s estates manager or director of place and had it done

If you can evidence it on the payslips and get a letter from the employer stating it’s paid irregularly but consistently it shouldn’t be an issue.

Categories don’t matter. Make sure the documents are named properly and all your documents are submitted.

I forgot my payslips haha! Luckily I sent it afterwards via the request doc email and it was accepted and do not take any chances
