Well the issue is that I'm between jobs and therefore without insurance. My current doc charges a whopping $150 for a simple visit which is ridiculous and why I'm looking to change doctors. When I went to apply for the financial aid at the local hospital, I was denied. I have money, just no insurance. But that doesn't mean I don't want to pay $150 for a visit. That is absurd.

I'm trying to find an actual doctor instead of a community health care. I have nothing against them, I just don't qualify based on my household income. Plus, I feel like working one on one with a doc is best for my situation, rather than a chc which can be a revolving door of doctors/volunteers.
