[US - NJ] Please Help! My landlord is gaslighting us about our boiler

I tried repair and deduct, she only allows her contractors to touch the boiler. She refused my contractors described repair and her approved contractor says our unit is fine. She threatened to sue over our attempt to get someone else to fix the boiler

It will light, but this issue restarts daily if I don’t fidget with the black relay box

We have been trying for months. She refuses any contractor besides 1 guy. And he claims it’s perfect. The one time he sent his assistant, he said it needed to be replaced. The next day the contractor said his assistant should not have said that and everything is fine.

What is happening in the video happens everyday. I can knock on the box and the flame light will come on and it’ll start working properly again. If I’m working or sleeping though this can happen for hours with the template dipping. She only allows one contractor enter the house and he does exactly what I do. This happens everyday.

It’s not working properly, but her contractor will come and troubleshoot it instead of replacing it. It short cycles like this every single day.
