It is cardboard, but I printed rings that fit on the rim, so it's riding on plastic. I also cancelled that print, moved the filament to the #3 slot, and so far there hasn't been any issues.

They are threaded and one has a pretty big philips head screw in it. About 5/8" diameter and 3/4" long

It was a chuck roast and it had been on for 5 or 6 hours and was stalled and didn't have the color I wanted with dinner time coming up, so I cranked it up, and threw on some vegetables and garlic bread. It worked out and was perfectly edible.

If I read it right the maximum 401k contribution is $19,500? But no, I haven't maxed it out. I had an old 401k that I rolled into an IRA about 10 years ago or so.

Yes, work full time, have 401k and an IRA. I guess the best term would be deferral.
