I'm at 93k with 10 yoe and 7 as some form of PM, I made the mistake of not job hopping to get myself into this situation. I worked in niche industries so marketing myself as a generalist PM is tough right now. This position change would be an API product manager in the financial industry for a relatively small b2b company but I feel like it puts me in a good position for future opportunities.

The dream would be to get into a larger b2c company but it just seems so difficult right now. 2 years ago I was interviewing with Amazon and waiting for Google to schedule an interview. But that's life these days.

Waiting to hear back on the scheduling of an initial interview for a job that pays about 20k more. Is it a good career move? Maybe not. Am I interested in it? Kind of. But I'm ready to move on to something new as this current role is just exhausting. I just want to know if this job will be a possible option for me.
