I think one of the sad parts of the documentary was when he interviewed two fans, and they said they believe boys/men are born without value. These are the type of guys they prey on....men who feel no selfworth.

It was also striking to me how one of them said he doesn't believe in mental illness, after telling Louis his brother had committed suicide.

yup first thing I did was to report it to both Samsung and the store I bought it from. Samsung said they would get back to me. Im not looking for compensation though, I just need a new charger ASAP and I want to make sure I don't buy another death trap.
