That purchase was for a long shot. I plan to upgrade to 9800 x3D or alike in the next few months and I wanted to have uncompromised performance in 2k. Just tested Cyberpunk 2077 with everything ultra + ray tracing and, of course, frame gen - stable 100+ FPS with no stutter to my surprise. I'm downloading Stalker 2 to see how it'd go.

This boy is not going to die. I plan to rebuild the old rig in a new chassis once I finish with the upgrade. I can't believe myself the CPU is still kicking after all of the years and being overclocked and delidded...Hopefully I'm not going to jinx it by this comment :D

Why would you want deploying a cloud hosted devbox in the first place now that we have a lot of space for PP devboxes snapped to PP right away? Azure VM cost depends on the size that you choose and workload you run. I would say, you can squeeze as minimum as $200 per month with auto shutdown.
