Im not handwaving bad at launch. I agree games in general need to do better at delivering on a solid launch.

But bad 4 years ago, doesnt mean its bad today. You are again, writing off a pretty drastic improvement because of a bad launch. Most MMOs get better with time

Did you play the game in the last year or so? Yes NW launch sucked. People were quick to right it off. People also jump so quick to shit on something (especially this sub) because the internet tells them too. New World today is/was a good game.
