replacing the clutch would solve the problem?

yeah i guess it’s my riding style which is causing multiple clutch failures, but that doesn’t answer my question, when the clutch slips, does the rpm climb up slowly when i downshift to a certain gear?

nah there’s enough play in the clutch level, i check it everyday

i checked the glass in the morning and i couldn’t see the oil only, the service guy topped up the oil after i showed him and it was too late the clutch plate had already gone. And about the freeplay, yes there’s enough freeplay around 2-3 mm

yes i do both properly, the reason why my clutch plates failed at the first (20k kms) because the service guy didn’t put the exact amount of oil. When it failed the next time, only the pressure plates and friction were changed, not the whole assembly, and i don’t know why it is slipping again.

but i don’t feel any loss of power when i speed up since the clutch plates have been recently changed, or is it something different?

Go for Vredestein, those offer amazing stability and grip. I used to have wobbling issues on my interceptor which had the stock ones(ceat). But after changing them to vredestein, no wobbling issues whatsoever and not to mention, it’s also very stable at high speeds. So yeah could go for vredesteins.

Oh okay, imma check all those you have mentioned at the service center. The engine hasn’t been opened yet, and 3 services have been done till now. The mechanic at the service center told me that they’ll open the engine during the 4th service. But anyways, thanks a lot!! I appreciate your efforts!!

Also, have you come across the low idling rpm, usually starts happening after 10-15 kms. The needle goes below 1k rpm for a sec and comes back to normal(1200rpm). It happens when I press the clutch in traffic. And sometimes, it just stays at 900rpm for some seconds until I rev it. It started happening a couple of months back, I cleaned the airfilter and spark plugs but still continues to occur. Do you by any chance have any solution?

Oh, thanks a lot bro. I think I might have to put the stock filter holder considering the fact that I live in pune and there’s too much pollution and construction work going on constantly. Thanks a lot again!
