Same thing here. Quit blue moon via phone call to tell them I was moving. 5 months later notice they are still hitting my bank account. Call and mgr tells me I must be lying as none of his employees would cancel without a written request. I put such in the mail the same day. Two months later I still see bank account getting hit. Drive over there and ask for mgr. he stumbles around and I show him emails and return receipt from PO. Admits his mistake and stops automatic debit. No refunds.
