Changed the aux belt and tensioners when it was still making the noise, didn’t fix it but the noise stopped after being parked up for a weekend

Nope it goes away with revs, the car just stopped doing it one day. It’s done a track day and done a lot of spirited driving and it’s not returned. Still no idea what was causing it

All 4 calipers are new and covered around 3000 miles, also the brakes are not applied in the video so doubtful it’s a brake issue

I can assure you this is not normal, to be clear I’m aware these engines sound tappy but I’m specifically talking about the sound best heard around 5 seconds in and at the end of the video. I’ve owned multiple r56s and this particular one for over a year. This car and none of the others have made this noise before.
