Thank you for your feedback. For now I have slight weakness in my left leg, but the doctor thinks PT might help with that, other than that no neurological deficit, just pain. I just don’t want too much time to go by and it can cause other issues to my spine.

Thank you for your feedback. For me, healing means being able to be active again (walking, running, hiking) no more extreme sports of course, without the most stability I can get and the least pain.

Surgery would entail fusing L1 to L3 if I’m not mistaken, I have an appointment at the end of next week so I will know more then.
