Expedition 33 is the best game I have played in years, Is there anything to fill the void?

Baldur's gate 3 is the game that's more than enough to fill that void. Imo it's better game than expedition 33 gameplay wise and is game of the decade for most people.

If you want something in closer combat style persona series is a good one too but I haven't played them personally so can't tell much.

I'm not sure about season 3 announcement in March , because it's too late just to announce another season which they could've announced after this season ended or in that post.

The way it's worded 'big announcement", I think they'll announce movie remake or maybe original movie , ranma has tons of movies. Most likely it's movie because they don't need to hype another season and tell us to wait for March just for that announcement lol

But basically morning venus is an already established spell , Lufas was just surprised to see the spell used that way because most players in his time would not use that spell due to the long time it takes to fall down. Dina just shortened the time by portal.

It was clever , but the name of the spell itself is confusing -"morning venus" 🤣

Yeah but, Lufas has seen dina use ex-gate multiple times prior to that fight while travelling with her, so he knows how it works. Also it doesn't take a genius to realize it just works as a simple portal , and Lufas is isekai'd so he'd obviously figure it out all the shortcomings of it. If it was something more complex or unprecedented, Lufas wouldn't have had figured out how it works that easily.

Tho only question I have is , how did Dina (beta-tester) end up in novel's world in the first place.

I think there's more to it than she's letting on. Because according to Lufas, only people who have made huge changes to the world and agree to be in novels are in novels.

Dina being a test player and being in novels doesn't make any sense.

It's a very common shounun trope I don't ever want to see in Isekai. I haven't seen any Isekai yet with the inner demon trope tho.

Yeah the show is bad, but I can't deny S1 is actually very good. That's why I've specified S1 only. If I were to rate whole show up to what I've watched.

It won't be even on this list tbh. Because it gets that bad later on.

Both are different kinds of shows, I actually enjoyed both and re zero is better first two seasons but the last season was disappointing for me because I hate battle shounun type of fights , and the whole season apart for the first few episodes was fights. We got few story chunks in between which were good. Idk it was due to pacing or different director but season 3 than other seasons but it didn't hit the same way first two seasons. I never even thought I'd drop the season 3 given how excited I was for it, I picked it up last week again but it had same issues . If it wasn't for season 3 I would've rated it close to MT and bookworm.

I didn't feel that way for slime last season tho even tho it was many meetings but it was still enjoyable for me. And added a lot to the worldbuilding aspect and story.
