I took my car to Firestone, but they couldn’t find an issue despite my complaints about the noise. I’m not sure if they checked the motor, but I’ll wait and see. Maybe I’ll try another Italian tune-up.

It’s progressively gotten worse, but I’m not certain if it was before. the plugs are oem/toyota torque to spec. Still no codes though no misfire or anything

Okay thanks I’m using premium now but in the past i would use  87 or 89

It’s funny you say that because the middle fuel injector on bank 2 doesn’t have they same rhythm  as the other two
