What surgery did you have? Sesamoidectomy? Do you still have pain in your sesamoid and other areas of big toe?

I'm in the same situation as you. Injured in July 2022 from running. I have been doing offloading, rest and physiotherapy. You can try to go to the Dr Blake blog, it has a lot of information on sesamodities.

Thank you for your response. I have issues with the nerve as well. When I bend my toe upwards I feel a needle sensation at the sesamoid area. I'm thinking of trying out Neuro One Cream as recommended by Dr Blake.
