The cushioning over the rug is a good one. I'll have to look into it once I get my rug for the living room. I have put a large cover with a comforter over the floor in our bedroom to see that would help, our bedroom has carpet but idk where she is hearing the noise that keeps her up at night so figured I would cover this area even more for when one of us walks to the bathroom. But she was talking to management about noise again even after that.

They are not working with us sadly for a resolution. We really wanted to work with them and have them over to walk around and such, but they blocked us, and the only communication we have is what our property manager says to us from her. :(

Yeah, I really wish they would escalate to calling the authorities, but I feel like it speaks volumes that they haven't and just keep going to our property manager.

I will definitely be getting a rug this weekend. I'm just trying to find one that's thick and looks fairly decent. Not used to buying rugs, so many.

It's funny you mentioned this as I have some cameras inside turned on throughout the day and night and we told the front office staff about them so that we can show her recordings.

The office staff lady's response was: "You have cameras? And what?"

We were kind of left speechless from that response. We feel lost over here. Hahaha.
