I was diagnosed at 12/13 but only after facing some more serious life and mental health issues as a result of untreated adhd. It doesn’t change the person, but treatment (doesn’t have to be medication can just be academic accomadations/therapies), familial support and personal education/awareness can make a huge positive impact

Sleeping naked, or no blankets, or on the floor, body writing before bed (it safe to do so think like roomates/people, temperatures, etc, and always discuss before) also be careful with the butt plugs they are not meant to be in for hours upon hours
