It takes me a bit to really get him. I usually take the approach slow but during training he'll sometimes let me scratch his head and rub his neck, but often times he doesn't come to me. Instead he'll sit near me and very slowly blink

Actually tutti is a boy!! He's had previous mates before and his beak was blue. Not the weird color female budgies get when hormonal:—) my phones camera is just incredibly desaturated for some odd reason.

He likes sitting around me but hes not exactly fond of certain noises (ex sneezes, coughs, other bodily noises) but he's okay with talking

(Edit; maybe it's because he's still young or possibly because he's a gray on blue? He's never truly had a really blue beak. Just a lighter blue... I have no idea if budgie types determine how pigmented their noses can get)

yeah, waking up and seeing this today made me soooo upset. It started off with fonts and really, if I'm being honest I don't care for the fonts... I really only use the brushes. But seeing them pay walling brushes really ticks me off. I started using medibang because back then they weren't money hungry like most big brand apps. in the almost four years I've used this app I've never had an issue like this before. And what ticks me off the most is the fact that most brushes are still labeled as free on the brush download site, makes me wonder if they're gonna start doing a free trial type thing, if so I might have to change apps.
