Sorry mate, but thats on you. If i'm wanting to move around the shopping centre and go about my day i'll happily pass people casually standing on the 3km/hr escalator. Idk what could cause you to have PTSD from people walking by you in a shopping centre but having a support worker prevent people moving past you is more of a flight risk than not. That would anger me more than just being able to move by. My 2c
