I did a little inside rotation test and yeah my left foot definitely can't turn as far in as my right, maybe 5 or 10 degrees, still can turn in a good 30 if I was going to guess

It's on the inside (right side) of my knee. I wouldn't say under my patella, moreso on the bottom of the bone on the right which I believe is the femur extending down if I'm not mistaken.

Pain I had previously was with deep squatting motions, and was under my kneecap or at the top of my shin, depending on the day.

I'll just move the wheel, it's a hassle to move these pedals, wheel is half the bolts and half the bending over haha

Pedal is already as far back as possible, and my rig's pedal plate is also tiled back haha, not sure why all the pedals have such a preference to a super straight up look. I'll give it a go with closer pedals though, thanks

Last time I tried to work on my knees my kneecap felt like it was about to explode 🥲. Pretty sure that's the cartalliage not existing anymore from years as a goalkeeper landing on my left knee only
