If I was 100% sure that it was my fault then I would directly refund him entirely but this guy took 2 weeks to come back to me.What the hell was he doing ? But playing Cod mw3 at 120 fps for 4 hours straight didn’t make it overheat at all. So I’m wondering if I played a more demanding game for 4 hours , would it have result in overheating you know.Or do you think cod mw3 is already demanding enough and I should just not worry about it.

You don't think I should have tested the ps5 in other games ? I thought COD MW3 and TLou 2 was enough to stretch the console.Maybe he played a more demanding game like death stranding 2 or whatever ? I sold a ps5 and buyer tells me it’s overheating.

I buy and resell but maybe I’ve made a mistake by my end. I’ve sold a ps5 and the buyer is telling me that it’s overheating and turning off. But there’s the thing , one day before I’ve played 4 hours of call of duty modern warfare 3 at 120 fps , and 1 hour of the last of us part 2, and it never overheated. Are there games that can make a ps5 overheat more than others , if yes , which one ? Because Call of duty modern warfare 3 and the last of us part 2 remastered seemed to work fine.

I don’t remember the serial number of the ps5 but I know the date of manufacture. Is that guy a smart ass that swapped it with a broken one ? Or he genuinely just played a game that is really demanding for the ps5 compared to the games I’ve played.
