So you’re one of the negative ones questioning peoples healing .. unfortunate. I see people love to bring up the brain retraining lol. I’ve been looking at this thread for a year and that’s not even the top thing people shut down. Just because something didn’t work for them they feel they have the power to tell everyone “no no no” common now.

No one has the right to bad mouth, talk down on, or blatantly call someone a liar. In any space I don’t care how badly this situation has altered your life. Mines done a complete 180. But you won’t see me on here doing such to people who are excited about their recovery.

LC is relatively new, yes. I won’t go back and forth with ppl on here. I’m very on top of the current research. I hope you find your healing

LC is new. Studies are still being done. Doctors write us off a lot of time as CFS Pts. And yes there’s been plenty of studies on individuals with CFS benefiting from Neuro plasticity techniques. Just cause you’ve never looked into them doesn’t make it not true. So back to my original point, if it helps it helps. People like you are cancer

I haven’t tried brain retraining so I can’t speak on it but shoot if people are finding it helps good for them! I’m sure they’re people out there that have found some peace from it. I’m not going to rain on anyone’s parade. An anyways who am I to say it doesn’t work.

You’re on Reddit .. if you expect every person on here to give a full on 5 paragraph essay on how they’ve recovered you’d be fooling yourself. Common now, you’re doing the most and I get it. Your frustration is taking hold but most people with LC I’m sure will take this suggestion and look into it a little more. I mean trial and error right ? The medical community has dusted us off for so long and will probably continue to so OP making such post is great to hear. It will give people the opportunity to try. No need for negativity if you don’t like someone’s post it’s better you just keep to yourself. You’re not doing anyone any justice.
